Overview & Challenges

Attest, a consumer research platform for enterprise clients, approached us about improving their WordPress site. 

Working with monolithic WordPress, Attest found themselves hampered by the technical limitations of the system. In particular, the inflexible nature of their system made it difficult to integrate with third-party systems and limited their ability to enhance their tech stack. Additionally, their website struggled to meet key performance metrics. Attest wanted to transition to a more flexible architecture. One that would allow them to be fast, agile, and scalable. 

As part of their website overhaul, Attest also wanted to revitalise their user experience. This would require careful planning of user journeys and strategically reworking their design to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Design Solutions:

  • Composable Design: Our atomic design system accelerated the process while also giving Attest an agile and scalable design solution.
  • Homepage Transformation: A redesigned homepage clearly communicated Attest’s value proposition, guiding visitors towards key conversion actions.
  • Optimised Product Pages: Each product page underwent meticulous enhancements for intuitive experiences that aligned with user personas. 
  • Enhanced Demo Booking Form: We introduced significant improvements to the demo booking experience, streamlining the process and reducing friction for users.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Integration: ABM strategies were implemented, delivering highly personalised and relevant content tailored specifically to key enterprise-level accounts.

  • Backend Optimisation: We extensively optimised the WordPress backend, improving administrative workflows, reducing complexity, and enabling rapid content updates.
  • Modular Frontend Implementation: React-based Gutenberg blocks provided modularity, allowing Attest’s internal teams to manage, update, and customise content with minimal developer involvement.
  • Enhanced Performance: Comprehensive technical optimisations resulted in significant enhancements to Attest’s page speed.
  • Integrations: We implemented integrations with Salesforce, BigData, Clearbit, and Pardot, facilitating data-driven marketing strategies and customer relationship management.

Results 

Attest’s new website was a resounding success, with significant improvements to site speed, UX efficiency, and operational processes. Beyond these immediate benefits, the new composable architecture and modular design provide a sturdy foundation for Attest’s long-term digital strategy.
